Brett Property has an experienced and dynamic team which has taken 15 years to grow. The
team are well versed in producing high quality performing assets for our portfolio.
PHILLIP BRETT
FOUNDER AND SOLE SHAREHOLDER
Phil started in property in 2009, but setup and founded Brett Property in 2011. Starting with small renovations and flipping properties, Phil then progressed to larger planning and development schemes. The companies Phil founded now focus on building high yielding assets to add to the Brett Property portfolio or to sell to other investors.

Construction Team
The construction team operates under Brett Property Developments Ltd, established in 2011. Having our own team and many reliable contractors ensures we build and maintain the highest standard across all projects within the portfolio.
